tacoma radar

tacoma radar – no one waved goodbye

so much water
take your time
pilot house
who's gonna hold the line
ghost channels

past worn out
falling dead stars
loneliness comes without a sound

Tacoma Radar are no more. After listening to no one waved goodbye, there's no more albums to listen to, either. That's a great shame, because it's a wonderfully laid-back, understated, melodic album. Such is the shame, the CD was only issued after they'd already split up. Shocking to think that they were only around between 1998 and 2004.

Wish You Were Here

Denouement.

Always wanted to squeeze one of those in here sooner or later.

Two sisters, a husband and a boyfriend, a holiday in Cambodia. Flashbacks, a story that unfolds rather than explodes, until the final few minutes and the denoument.

There.

Worked one in at last.
